Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information DWA Nigeria collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can, and we do not sell it.

Last updated 30 September 2026

What we collect

Only what you give us. When you submit the Start a Project form we receive your name, work email, phone number, job title, company, website, industry, the services you selected, your project stage, preferred start date, budget range, how you heard about us, who else is involved in the decision, and anything you write in the free text fields. If you join our mailing list we receive your email address. We also record which page you submitted from and your browser's user agent, which tells us which parts of the site prompt enquiries.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to prepare properly for a first conversation, and to keep you informed if you have asked us to. That is the whole purpose. We do not use your details for automated decision making or profiling, and we do not build a profile of you across visits.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is stored in a database that only DWA can reach, and a copy is emailed to the team so that someone sees it and replies. You receive an acknowledgement at the address you gave us. Access is limited to the people who need it in order to answer you.

The site assistant

DWA AI answers questions about this website. What you type is sent to Groq, which runs the language model that writes the reply. We do not connect those conversations to your identity, and we do not store them against your enquiry. Please do not share confidential or personal information with the assistant.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no analytics on it. Your browser stores one or two small preferences locally, such as where you last dragged the assistant on screen. That stays on your device and is never sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we may reasonably need it for the relationship it relates to, and then we delete it. If you would like your details removed sooner, ask us and we will do it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can leave our mailing list at any time. Write to us and we will act on it rather than send you round a process.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. It reaches only the service providers that make this website work, and only as far as they need it: Supabase stores the enquiry, Resend delivers the email, and Groq powers the assistant.

Changes to this policy

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top of it.

Questions about this policy

Write to us and a person will reply. We will tell you exactly what we hold and what we have done with it.
